Our Aikido Classes
We offer regular Aikido classes throughout the week for all levels, with additional sessions for more advanced students. Training is open, supportive, and focused on steady, long-term development.

Trial Classes
New/prospective students can book a single class at a reduced rate.Beginner’s Package
For those completely new to training; includes 3 months of classes and a uniform.Monthly Membership
Unlimited classes per month, available in Standard, Flex and Concession rates.Pay-As-You-Go
If you prefer not to join on a monthly basis, you are welcome to attend individual classes.

No. There are no minimum fitness standards nor do you need to have had any prior exposure to martial arts. All you need is an open mind and some loose fitting comfortable clothes to begin. Find out more information on our beginner’s page.

Anyone can do Aikido. Fitness will improve with practice. We will introduce you to Aikido according to your individual ability, commitment, and goals.

Chief Instructor and Dojo Cho - Sensei Anthea
Sensei Anthea currently holds the rank of 6th degree black belt in Aikido and is a certified instructor (shidoin) registered with the United States Aikido Federation. She also holds black belts in Iaido (the art of Japanese swordsmanship) and Karate-do.
